TRU Cafe opened in 2019 to bring a fresh offering to the people who live and work near Chancery Lane. Their healthy, on the go menu combines speciality coffee with unique food offerings including: hot breakfast dishes, fresh lunchtime salads and healthy smoothies. Everything is prepared from scratch on site and made fresh each day. We took over TRU Cafe’s social media accounts at the beginning of 2020.

 
 
 

our strategy

The food space is competitive in London and it can take a while for a new brand to gain customer trust. We knew we needed to embedded ourselves in the foodie community to encourage potential customers to breakaway from their usual favourites. We started with a content overhaul and produced bright, fresh imagery that reflected TRU’s ethos. The new imagery, combined with a personalised organic strategy and data driven paid strategy to reach a wider community worked really well.
