Mid-Senior Designer

Can you build brands people love?

We’re looking for a talented Mid-Senior Designer to join our growing team. You’ll need to prove a strong portfolio in all things branding and design as well as possess a passion for designing, developing and evolving brand identities for a variety of sectors. You’ll be working alongside the rest of the team, from concept to delivery, on interesting and varied projects, always with an eye on building brands people love. Strong Adobe CS skills are a given but experience in videography/animation would be a bonus, as would working knowledge of common CMS platforms.


  • Proven creative background of at least 5 years with an impressive portfolio and eye for detail

  • Ability to develop impactful branding concepts that are rooted in brand strategy

  • Passionate about craft, concepts and pushing the boundaries for brands

  • Ability to take ownership, manage work loads and deliver to a high standard

  • Pro-active with strong communication skills

  • A desire to really push your own skill set and design thinking

Content Manager

This is a role with a particular focus on both technical and creative SEO.

We’re looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll confidently develop and implement SEO strategies for clients across a wide range of industries. You’ll have a deep understanding of the digital landscape and what it takes for brands to stand out in crowded markets as well as an ability to produce remarkable written content. We’re looking for someone who can naturally weave the technicalities of good SEO into well-written, engaging copy that our clients’ audiences will love and share.

What you’ll do: 

  • Create and manage on/off page SEO strategies to boost search ranking and visibility

  • Keyword research and strategy development

  • Create engaging written content for various B2B and B2C brands

  • Regular analysis, review and reporting on SEO performance

  • Keep up-to-date with relevant technologies and platform changes; identify further opportunities and areas for growth


  • At least 1 year agency experience

  • Hands on experience implementing effective SEO strategies

  • Excellent written/spoken English

  • Proof-reading skills as well as ability to produce engaging copy

  • Ability to use search marketing tools and platforms

  • Awesome organisational skills. Proactive and able to manage time and deadlines

  • Strong communication skills and ability to present your ideas.

  • Strong problem-solving skills


  • Hands-on experience planning and executing campaigns across key revenue driving performance channels, including PPC and paid social campaigns

  • Some experience building and managing dynamic campaigns, remarketing campaigns and A/B testing within all platforms
